About the Role

*Hybrid position - Knutsford*

Magnit Global is seeking an experienced, committed, high-energy, detail-orientated Executive Assistant to support to both the General Manager and Vice President of Sales. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no 
supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organised, flexible and have an ability to work in a pressurised, fast-paced environment. Excellent communications skills and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality are assumed.

What You Will Do

•    Full calendar management General Manager and Vice President of Sales
•    Coordinate and prepare internal / external meetings, including communications, room facilities, agenda, IT set-ups, contracts, etc.
•    Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
•    Arrange travel schedule and reservations, including expense reporting processing
•    Accurately manage follow-up items from meetings (both internal and external, where appropriate)
•    Monitor daily incoming phone calls and meeting requests and manage emails where appropriate
•    Ensure documentation that requires authorisation is signed within the agreed timeframes and processed smoothly
•    Handle special ad hoc projects as necessary
•    Assist in the planning/management of personnel in the department.  
•    Manage and support sales activities including onsite/offsite events, new hires, customer activities and hospitality
•    Provide additional support to the sales leadership and wider sales team

What You Will Need

•    2 + years experience supporting at executive level
•    5 + years professional experience
•    Proficient in German both written and spoken would be an advantage but isn’t mandatory
•    Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings and travel arrangements
•    Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
•    Must be highly organised, works well under pressure, be proactive, flexible, reliable, punctual and highly confidential
•    Corporate event planning and/or conference planning experience 
•    Experience working in a sales environment
•    Must use tact, diplomacy, discretion and good judgment
•    Must have excellent written communication skills including strong spelling and grammar; must have the ability to carefully proof work and ensure proper format use
•    Must have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills and present a professional image both in person and over the phone.
•    Sense of passion and ownership for projects and tasks
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred
•    Exposure to Marketing, Accounting, Legal, Human Resources, SaaS would be an advantage 
•    Experience working in a software company would be an advantage
